I have a hard time letting people go
I don't want them to get hurt so I always let them know
I'll take care of you day or night

But when I push too hard it ends in a fight
I know when I'm wrong but it never settles
But just to help them I try to meddle
I know it's not good just give me time
I'll prove to you that it isn't a crime

That letting go is the best way
Without hurting yourself per say
When things are bad I shed a tear
But Letting Go will always be my fear.
